Bristol Port Deep Sea Container Terminal

We assisted the Bristol Port Company in the preparation of transport material for a Harbour Revision Order for a new deep sea container terminal to bring the largest container vessels closer to the UK market.

Detailed traffic analysis of the impact of the deep sea port including traffic modelling at the M5 junction 18 was undertaken. The results of the analysis fed into the Transport Assessment, Environmental Statement, Travel Plan, Port Traffic Management Plan and Construction Management Plan documents produced by PEP. This project included very close liaison with the client, local highway authorities and the Highways Agency.
