Residential Scheme in Crewkerne

PEP have been working with Stonewater Housing, a national social housing provider to gain permission for 42 dwellings on a former trading estate in Crewkerne, Somerset.PEP recently assisted in the successful planning appeal for the 42 after the District Council refused the application on highways grounds. However this was overturned by the Planning Inspectorate in June. The client team were all delighted in the outcome noting PEP’s Written Reps ‘evidence ultimately won the day’.
