Planning permission success for Godiva Place

Planning permission was successfully gained for a student accommodation development for around 800 students in Coventry.  Our work included liaising with the highways officer to design improved public realm adjacent to the site, providing a suitable route for pedestrians to local facilities. We also prepared the Transport Assessment and Travel Plan for the planning application.

PEP then went on to prepare the S278 detailed highway design work for the public realm works to accommodate the pedestrian and vehicular movements to and from the site. The scheme was completed in 2018.
