A prestigious new office development in York for Hiscox was completed in December 2015. PEP assisted Hiscox during the planning stage providing transport advice, including the preparation of a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan. As part of the development a new public shared space has been provided linking routes for pedestrians and cyclists to the existing network and to the York Minster. PEP in conjunction with the client’s landscape architect prepared the detailed construction drawings for the scheme to be implemented.
