Chilton Trinity
Regeneration of a former brickworks site for 58 residential dwellings and 14 commercial units. We prepared the Transport Assessment and Travel Plan to accompany the planning application which was approved by Sedgemoor District Council. Post planning permission PEP assisted Redrow Homes in delivering an off road 600m long footway/cycleway connection to Chilton Trinity School.
