A mixed use urban regeneration scheme focusing on accessibility for pedestrians, cyclists and public transport users to reduce car parking within the scheme due to the city centre location.

We assisted Crest Nicholson within a multi-disciplinary team to develop the masterplan, prepared the Transport Assessment, Travel Plan and transport section of the Environmental Statement. We have also assisted Crest Nicholson with discharge of planning conditions for reserved matters applications including car park layouts, car park management and servicing strategy.
