Another two consents: Signature Senior Lifestyle care homes, Barnet and Hendon Hall.

In early 2019 planning permission was granted for two new care homes in the London Borough of Barnet. The Hendon Hall hotel is a listed building and is to be redeveloped to a residential care home for 102 suites. In Barnet, the former Marie Foster Centre would be demolished for the construction of a 100 bedroom care home. On both projects PEP worked with Signature and the team to developer the proposals and prepared Transport Statements and Travel Plans. PEP is currently progressing S278 Agreement detailed design for access proposals for the projects.
