Overturned planning application for 55 dwellings in Braunton

 PEP worked with Chichester Homes on a planning application for 55 dwellings in Braunton.  The work included preparation of a Transport Statement and Travel Plan and advice on access. The planning application was refused by the Local Planning Authority and the application was appealed by Chichester Homes .  PEP gave transport evidence at a planning inquiry and a successful appeal decision has recently been issued granting planning consent.READ MORE
