We work closely with clients and their solicitors to prepare information to discharge planning conditions.
This includes detailed Travel Plans, off-site and on-site highway designs, and associated legal agreements. The same applies to highway licenses, whether it’s excavating or breaking through roads and pavements, or creating temporary crossings. We also assist with the organisation of services diversions.
The PEP team prepares tenders and Minor Works Contracts, Construction Traffic Management Plans, and ultimately liaises with contractors during construction to ensure the project runs smoothly, following BIM procedures as necessary.
We also arrange and respond to Road Safety Audits, and highway condition surveys both pre and post construction.
